My work with textiles began in earnest when i bought my first sewing machine in college and taught myself to sew. That led to explorations in quilting and embroidery and eventually to weaving. Weaving taught me a deep love of the fibers Spun to produce the threads that are ultimately woven. This led to an exploration of unprocessed materials and spinning thread.
